Awesome Vehicle!
I found a 2023 Ford Explorer XLT at AutoNation Ford Frisco. This is an amazing vehicle with just 57 miles on the odometer. I can't wait to enjoy the ride for years to come.
Explorer platinum 24
Traded in 21 explorer XLT solid vehicle, no issues. Ordered 24 platinum took three and half months to arrive. So far very happy with it. Great ride comfortable and outstanding power. Did not come with front/360 camera did get a rebate and settled for Sync 3 on a 2024 which baffles me. All in all every thing I wanted with no complaints.

Ford explorer review
Test drove the v6 st and the 4 cylinder XLT. While the St has all the luxury items and the xlt does not. The St drove like a sports car. I was impressed with the 4 cylinder ecoboost even though it does not have all the luxury items. Was disappointed the XLT does not come with navigation, you have to use your phone and plug it in. My decision would be the xlt for the price. If you have the money then go for the St with all the luxury and horsepower.

Can’t wait to get rid of it.
From the wind noise, to the uncomfortable seats, blinding side view mirrors, to it being terrible in the snow…the list goes on!
Avoid the Explorer - the WORST in its class
Over the past year I have rented a 2024 Explorer Limited, VW Atlas, Jeep Grand Cherokee and Hyundai Palisade. I drove all extensively on the highway and around town over a week each. Explorer was the absolute WORST! Grand Cherokee is better, but far and away the best were the Atlas SE and Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. The Palisade does a better Lexus than Lexus, is extremely roomy and very smooth. Also the only one with a V6. But the Atlas has the most cargo room and has the best handling. If you want luxury get the Palisade or if you prefer a driver’s SUV get the Atlas. However if you are looking for a car with the least storage space, most cramped interior and the worst engine / transmission combo out there then the Explorer is for you!

Going bigger
I had an Escape hybrid and have moved to the Explorer hybrid. It is so comfortable and bigger without feeling giant. I have been enjoying it greatly.

Love it!!’
This car really surprised me, it had more features than expected and it drives like a champ. I love that it holds the brake for me after I stop. It’s such a great car to have, it has eco, sport, slippery, off road and so many more driving modes to choose from so it’s always contoured to your driving situation/style.

I don’t like the auto start button, you always have to turn it off😞 you should be able to turn it off permanently

New Ford Fun
Ford Explorers speak for themselves, the configuration of the vehicle has changed somewhat from our 2018 Limited, but Ford has definitely upgraded the driver monitoring systems and displays. Vehicle also offers a very smooth ride with great acceleration! Exterior is easy to maintain.
