Used 2006 Ford Explorer Consumer Reviews
Love this tank
Loved it the moment I saw it. I love driving it anywhere, anytime. The v8 is the way to go with the towing package, you can haul anything. Bought the Eddie Bauer with the all the goodies and I drive it with the sun roof open and the stereo blasting with 292 hp available she is the bomb. When my wife lets me drive it.
Love It
I love my 2004 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer. It rides great and has great heat, a/c, and radio. The seats are comfortable and the ride it smooth. Handling is good too. The only thing I would rather have other than my 2004 Explorer is the 2006 Explorer.

2006 Explorer Limited
All experiences are great. Traded in a 2002 Jeep Liberty, which is a much inferior rig in all regards.
2006 eddie bower explorer
haven't had the truck for to long but had a 2004 explorer WOW what a difference very plush ride, smooth v8 lots of power and a wonderful dealership experience on top of it all. Very Good Explorer
Purchased from a dealership last year, and so far no problems, other than a tire sensor indication. This SUV drives like a dream. No sudden jerking as far as acceleration; very smooth ride. I like the fact that it's equipped with a 5-speed automatic transmission, and a middle console transmission gear shift, a very first for the explorer family. Gas mileage is really good for a normal SUV's; I drove up to 25 mpg with a 65- 70 mph speed. Very nice interior! A/C system is really good front and back. Has great exterior lighting, especially the front headlights and fog lights. Definintely recommend the explorer to anyone who desires a SUV. As long as you treat it well, it'll drive well.
