Been driving for products exclusively for over 60 years. My 2016 expedition is money hungry. Spent around $5500 in repairs out of pocket in 30 months. Had issues with engine light coming on. Charged diagnostic 2 times to find problem. Paid out of pocket for repair. Told although emissions related I still had to pay for repair. Same problem back again. Not sure mechanics know how to fox it. Tired of getting ripped off. Think im gonna try a GM vehicle now. Very disappointed with ford vehicles at this point. Whats going on with quality of here vehicles and mechanics who can't fix them right. Just cost me another $ 642 Now having issues with the key fobs. Last for ford me. What a big disappointment. I doubt ill ever get a reply from ford motor company. This truck is an absolute lemon.

Needed a seven passenger car for vacation. Car has plenty of room and full size trunk, with all seats up. Lane assist and proximity warning helped with visibility. Good rear view camera. Acceleration is poor because it is a huge truck.

As stated in the title, the IRS is the only feature that beats the competition. The Expedition lags far behind on both exterior and interior design, the latter is horrendous. It's a sea of plastic and cheap materials. Personally I ended up buying a Yukon Denali with the 6.2L motor. Again, other than the IRS, the Denali was light years better than the Expedition in every way. I also drove a rental Expedition that was 1 year old and already falling apart and looking very shabby.
