This is one of the best SUVs I have ever owned. I have had it for about 10 months now- no complaints! I enjoy driving it! Many complain about the Ford MY Touch/SYNC - it is cumbersome at first (so was the IPhone for me) but once I got the hang of it works well! I am very pleased and I will get another one in 2016!

Love the comfort and quiet of the ride. The sound system is awesome! Still learning about the car but I am really enjoying the ride so far. Seacoast Truck & Auto, on Lafayette Street n Hampton New Hampshire, is a great place to go. The customer service is bar none.

Decent Car

I've had my Ford Edge for over 3 years and have not had any "major" maintenance issues. However, the car does have a few issues: -wipers often will not cut off when turned off (I have to jiggle the handle of it to make it stop) - door sensor has an issue. When the door is closed it will make alert noises, not lock, and inside light will cut on temporarily, and car will beep when in park. I believe was a recall on door sensors. However, I am able to close the door a certain way to get it to stop, but it's still annoying. Usually if someone else drives my car I have to close the door my special way for them in order to get it to stop..lol -A/C has needed repair a few times. Thankfully the repairs were not pricey. (blend door needed replacing) -On rare occasions the car has a hard time starting when it's been sitting in direct heat for a long period of time. For instance, if I do not park under a tree at work, in the heat of the Florida summer, there is a chance that I will have to turn my key a few times to get the car to start. Thankfully it always eventually started. -USB port in arm rest does not work properly If you have kids I would not recommend getting the beige colored seats. I made that mistake and the seats get dirty very easily...even a water spill will leave a spot. I get the seats shampooed every time I get it detailed. On a positive note, I've never broken down, never needed a tow, never smelled anything burning...lol. It's rides smooth, is comfortable, and roomy enough. Has great trunk storage space. I can fit my son's power wheel in the trunk with seats up. Back seats lay down flat and you can lay one seat down at a time. It has bluetooth audio, so I can play music from my phone via Bluetooth. -

The truck has nice styling. The smoked lights and 20 inch black wheels really go well with the deep blue impact metallic paint. The interior is where it lacks. Cramped up front for driver if your big like myself.(6'3"tall 285lbs) back seat is also hard to get in and out of. My son who sits in the back most of the time is only 5‘7“ and skinny. This is a common problem with all ford trucks. We have an Expedition and its a pain in the you know what to get in and out the back seat. The new version of the Ford My Sync works great. The older one stunk. I think it has too many colors going on in side that just don’t match the truck. Like two different silvers, and a bronze(ish) color center console. The stitching on the seats should match something but it doesn’t. I do like the two tone leather and suede. I also like the rear seats being able to recline back., oh and the vista roof which is a must have. Performance wise its kind of slow for a truck pushing close to 290HP. It does brake well and the handling is pretty nice for an SUV. So for now it’s a pretty nice truck. Again the interior needs to match how detailed the outside is for this to be a really good suv.
