Used 2003 Ford Econoline Cargo Van Consumer Reviews
E-350SD Cargo Van
I find the Ford E-350SD Cargo Van both practical and effective. While it's used mostly for business, I also use it to transport my dogs. It's stable on the road, even at high speeds, and turns quite easily. Ford really Has a Better Idea.

Van man
I have 350k miles...and runs like a new vehicle, keep oil changed, keep tires up to right air pressure. Keep radiator flushed every 30kmiles...change Tran fluid every 40k miles, keep breaks good...keep all parts lubed where accessible.....do all this.and you will get 1million miles out of it

Comfy and reliable
I love my 2003 e150! We have newer cars, but the seats are great and you are high up. I can fit a giant kayak inside this baby. We have a double bed in ours too for camping. It just keeps on going like a charm. Over 20 years I replaced transmission and air cond compressor, but basically no other issues I can remember. Even the dealership said, they don't make vans like this anymore. In a good way.
Great Reliable Van
People always think bigger engine is better, With a van not always the best option, The 4.2 engine is most reliable 6 cylinder that ford has, besides the 300 inline six probably fords most reliable engine of all time.
