Eagle Review by Jay Westbrook
Good solid vehicle. Good gas mileage for a mid-size sedan. I got 25 mpg around town and 28-30 mpg highway. Only large repair in 8 years of ownership was replacing the air conditioning compressor.
used car
Bought the car used and below value by 30% and was figuring it was a lemon. Well over time <now 4 years> its been a good Family Work Horse. Not as fancy as some but good on trips of over 400 miles. Probles were only the EGR valve and the Catalitic converter. Both died well over life expentcy. The car is a good mid range car and has done well. Its ride is sure and just a touch on the firm side. Handles resonable well in hiway avoidence. Breaking is a bit odd as it seem to break harder as it drops below 30..

The worst piece of garbage,,if I could give it a 0
From day 1 my Vision spent more time at the dealer’s repair shop then in my driveway.. American motors would not honor the lemon law with my car because it was so many problems…the air conditioner went within a month after the warrantee period was over..the transmission follow soon after…I never knew when I left home to go to work if I would be returning home or if my car was being towed to the repair shop…one day I left work to go pick up a pizza for lunch..the pizza place was next door to where I worked..but it was raining..so I took my car..got the pizza ..got into my car..turned on the engine..my windows started going up and down on their own..my wiper blades were going crazy..and my horn was beeping…my car was called the car from hell by my fellow workers.
That is wrong who ever made them
Who ever made the Eagle Vision's just put it together that's probably why they didn't make any more. Come on now you can do better than that everything just falls apart on it and it's not cause it's 14 years old either I've seen better from other cars
Never Again
Transmission went out at 68000, the engine locked up at 75000. The driver seat frame broke, and there is some type of clunk in the front end that the shops can't figure out. When it was running, it was a great touring car - a very nice smooth ride; but the horrid reliability has cost me many, many thousands! No mor Chrysler products for me - ever!!
