Nice Van

This is a nice van and is our second Grand Caravan. We bought the Special Edition with a few extras and it has proven to be better than the '02 we had. I have not yet put out on an extended trip, but in town it is getting 18 mpg, which is what I was getting the our '02 on the highway at about 85mph. We just bought a new house and the Stow-n-Go seats came in real handy making several trips and not having to move those heavy seats. The power doors and rear hatch are a nice options to have. I have not even noticed the decrease in horsepower, and the engine sounds stronger. For the money you cant beat this van with features that cost and arm and leg from Honda and Toyota.

I love my Grand Caravan

I have had 3 Windstars and a Honda Minivan. The Dodge Grand Caravan is by far the best of the 4. The stow and go seating is absolutely wonderful (and that's why I bought it). I have had no problems whatsoever in 10K miles and year and half of ownership. It rides like a dream, handles great, (could use a little more pep, Quiet interior, but its OK) Gas mileage around town about 18, on the road 23 both with AC on. No problems folks and that's the truth! I'm so happy with it, Chrysler sure has changed since Mercedes took them over- I feel like I'm driving a Mercedes. I'll buy another in a heartbeat. Just love it!

This is our 2nd Grand Caravan and we are loving it, especially the Sirius radio and navigation. Everything about this car is great. The Special Edition is awesome. Comfortable, great performance, luxurious and quiet ride. Stow and Go seats are a plus. We almost bought the Nissan and are glad we didn't. The seats are completely hidden. No more pulling them out and storing. Highly recommended. Has less air bags offered, but we don't have kids, so that was a non issue. Great value, price was right for the value.

Would not buy another one.

This van is the small one. Lack of storage and console, no grab bar for front passengers. Inadequate air conditioning for Florida and for passengers beyond the front seats. It has an uncomfortable front passenger seat with limited adjustment. The second seat cupholders are poorly designed and placed. So far only 13.1 miles per gallon city, the same as my previous SUV V-8 which had all the amenities. For the high cost, this vehicle appears stripped and is not a good value. I'm so disappointed with vehicle, I plan on trading with my son for his older SUV.

I drive 90% highway and the best MPG i have averaged is 22 MPG. Do not buy this van if you want 26 MPG. It does not exist.
