Used 2005 Chevrolet Corvette Consumer Reviews
America's Sports (Super) Car!
This car is truly awesome!! I had a new MB SLK350 on order, but cancelled immediately after seeing this car, and test driving it! The exterior/interior design is first-class and well refined. I got the Z51 suspension with auto trans. Dont let those 4-speeds fool you! The shifting is smooth and precise. Performance you ask? Unless youve flown a fighter jet, or driven a car like this, you dont know what g- force is all about! It even has a digital g-force meter that you see by look at the head-up display thats projected through the windshield! The taillights look like twin after- burners on an F/A 22 jet. If you buy a C6, be prepared for the instant attention this car draws.
Awesome
Abosolutly perfect. Great bang for the buck. I'm very happy with the product I got and would, if given the same opportunity, would purchase it again. For all those Ferrari and Lambo owners, look out. A few mods and you're eating my dust.

Driver friendly
Most driver freindly sports car. Past 9 years I have owned a Porsche 968, 993,996 and a 2000 Viper but this vette is fun to drive.
Fourth 'Vette
I bought this 2005 Vett 1st week of October being early and RED. I had just sold my 1999 600 SL which gave its new buyer the thrill I had had. But this 2005 corvet is a monster. I pushed its way up the meter at 9.9 in the quarter. Impossible you say? Ha Hahaa well get whatever you are driving up next to me. ...we will see who is laughing ....i never look Back!
C-5 can't be topped.
The C-5 ZO6 is the best of the best for all around performance and certainly for the price. I have owned 26 Vettes since 1965, 4 presently and the "04 Z is tops. I have driven and critiqued the C-6 and have significant dislikes of it because it is now being produced with a NEW Corvette audience in mind, but has failed to keep the true Corvette enthusiast of the past 50 years as the focal point for what a Corvette means to them. Adding gingerbread does not make for a better vehicle and I predict that sales of the C-6 versus that of the C-5 will tell the accurate story. The Corvette is a "sports car" folks, not a luxury ride.
