Full of surprises!

My Camaro has surprised me in almost every aspect. The first one being the comfort of the seats. I am very picky about how comfortable the seats are, and when I first sat in one, I was pleasantly surprised. Even though it doesn't have specific lumbar support, it supports you in a way that you don't really need it. It drives tight, the road noise is minimal, when you want to get a little thrill this baby can get up and go. It has a very soft clutch, so it was very forgiving of a first time manual owner like myself. The interior is very simple, but stylish. The sound system for a base model is amazing! The steering wheel feels a little cheap, but a nice leather steering wheel cover fixes that.

2012 Chevrolet Camaro SS 2dr Coupe w/2SS (6.2L 8cyl 6M)

Best car I ever owned in 23 years of driving. Installed borla cat back exhaust , BBK cold air intake and diablo tune. Got it right around 450HP at the flywheel. The launch feels like a big block is under the hood. Chevy did a great job with the design of the engine. It's a rocket however your sure to get a few tickets if your not careful. I think im doing the speed limit and find out im cruising along at 85mph. And she only has 5100 miles on it. Forget the V6 I test drove it and the low end torque is nothing compared to the SS ...I highly recommend this car.

What a blast!

I bought mine used, was about 2 years old. Being the "stripper model" gave me a blank slate to make it mine. I put after market wheels, exhaust, strut tower brace and a cold air kit to name a few things. The color is Imperial Blue Metallic, very understated(no stripes), that color just pops. I love all the comments I get when I'm out driving. It's plenty fast for me even with the 6cyl, handles like a dream. The only downside for me is that I'm 6'2, so I just have to be careful getting in and out of the car without hitting my head. Once I get in it's great! Why people even mention the back seat, you don't buy these kind of cars if you need a back seat. I think I've only had one or two people sit in the back in the almost 3 years I've had it. Love it Love it!!!

I drive over 30 miles each way to work and back. The car is comfortable with no road noise and a great sound system. I purchase the car used with less than 9000 miles so it was like new. Have upgraded to a 2LT minus the leather seats. Only drawback is the built-in child seats, do not put an adult or person older then 10 years old back there.

3,000 miles = grinding noise while in motion. 3,500 miles = grinding noise fixed by dealer said it was parking brake engaging while in drive. 3,500 miles = Front Engine cover oil leaks 3,800 mile = Engine oil pan leaks I contacted Generl Motors and explain that this car is falling apart before 4,000 miles. Taylor at Technical Customer Service says thats why it comes with a warranty. All we can do is repair it when it occurs. After two weeks of phone tag GM offers to give me complimentary oil change. I need to return the headache to GM but according to them thats not possible so here it is less than 4,000 miles and car will be in shop for a week to try to fix 2 oil leaks. Acceptable?
