After 25 yrs would not buy again!
Bought the Skylark brand new. After 7 years and 78,000 miles started major engine issues. Had the car serviced as told since mile one. A nice ride first 7 to 8 years. The quad 4 engine was loud and not enough for this car....bad idea!! Interior was nice and quiet however. On thinking back, a Toyota Camery v6 would have been much better. I did not have tyranny issues with this car but engine issues got VERY costly. Junked car at year 25.
Indestructible
The best first car I could have imagined. Sure it may not be winning any car shows but it was for just that reason that it was such a great first car. I put on 50,000 cruel miles in about 3 years with no major mechanical errors. Kind of a small backseat but 5 high schoolers can fit in with only minor squeezing. Overall a great first car and uber comfortable.
Great First Car
Bought the car for 500 in 05, had 140k miles on it at the time. Great first car, had its problems here and there but nothing serious enough to ever leave me stranded, most reliable car ever owned, hit 175k on the odometer last month and seemed like it would have lasted the test of time if i hadnt been hit by someone, the tranny and engine worked splendid, the exterior had taken some damage over the long life she had but besides that the 3.3l V-6 ran fast and true and never gave me a bit of trouble, most expensive replace was probably belts and water pump, if you take car of this car it will last a life time,
mike's big bad buick
this has been the best car I have ever owned by far (out of thirteen diffrent vehicles).
Too low
This car is too low. It's a pain to get in and out of. I really wish i never bought this car.
