Used 2014 BMW 5 Series Diesel Consumer Reviews
142K miles and still nearly perfect
Engine and transmission are strong and smooth. The styling still holds up. Interior still isn't showing much wear. It's only the rear passenger side tire pressure monitoring sensor (TPMS) that's acting funny. It's always under the impression that that tire is low on air. It's wrong, so I'll need to replace that TPMS. That's an $80 part. I love this car.

Love my 535D!
If you want great mileage in luxury, you cannot go wrong with the 535D. Up to 40 miles per gallon, turbos kicking in on one of the best diesel engines ever built, and you're off to the races. Build quality is outstanding and apart from the usual service needs the car is still running as smooth after 8 years as the day I brought it home! You can't go wrong with one of these!

Diesel engine without the noise
This is an excellent car. Rides great with good acceleration. Diesel engine gets 32/41 and won't know it is not a gas engine.
