Used 2003 BMW 3 Series Consumer Reviews
Great to drive. Short on quality.
Clutch assembly was defective from the factory and transmission had to be torn down at 3200 miles. I wonder if the defective part already caused unneccessary wear-and-tear.
BMW 325XI (2.5 6 cyl)
1st & 2nd gear (manual trans) are very high RPM gears in my 325XI. You'll find that you'll need to run the tach to 3500 RPM or so to have the car accelerate at a decent rate. On the open road the car is an absolute blast. In 3rd through 5th gear the car really flies. Acceleration in 3rd - 5th gear is fast & responsive. Cornering is crisp & precise. The car is as air tight as a vacuum chamber making road noise is very low. It was suggested by the dealership that I run the AC unit with warm air during the winter to prevent condensation from forming on the inside (this actually happened to me).

Amazing!
I researched for the longest on all sorts of vehicles until I narrowed it down to the Acura 3.2 TL type S, the Infiniti G35, and the ultimate driving machine ... the BMW 330i. After test driving the vehicles, I loved the BMW above all. It hugs the road beautifully and drives like a true luxury car. Is it worth the extra $30 per month compared to a loaded Acura (spoilers included) ... YES! And the staisfaction you get everytime you get on this car is worth even more.
i love my 325 i
i love my 325 i. it starts with the styling. the hood and grill smack of elegance and BMW quality. the sides are indented with a ridge that adds style to the overall car. the built in spoiler on the trunk adds a sporty, but sophistacated look. you wont believe the room that the "small" 325i offers in the cockpit. you dont feel like youre in a small car and the styling is just right. leg, head --all the room you need.
Best car there is
Great handling and performance. Before I purchased my 325i, I have driven Honda Accord V6, Acura RSX-S, Mercedes Kumpressor and C320, Audi A4 1.8T, VW GLI, Mini Cooper S, and Nissan Maxima. None of the above came close to the handling capabilities of the 325i... well except maybe the Kumpressor & A4.
