What's New About This Model?
With 570 horsepower and almost 600 pound-feet of torque, along with standard carbon-ceramic brakes and every chassis-control technology Porsche has in its bag of tricks, the new Turbo S sits at the top of the Cayenne model range.

When Does It Go on Sale?
Porsche says the Cayenne Turbo S is on sale now and dealers should have models in the showrooms in the first quarter of this year.

How Much Does It Cost?
Porsche has yet to set pricing, but with its bulldozer power output and standard carbon-fiber brakes, the new top-of-the-line Cayenne Turbo S surely will cost more than today's Cayenne Turbo that starts at $118,765.

What Kind of Engines and Transmissions Does It Have?
The 2015 Cayenne Turbo S has a turbocharged 4.8-liter V8 that produces 570 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque — increases of 20 hp and 37 lb-ft over the previous Turbo S. The only available transmission is an eight-speed automatic with steering wheel shift paddles.

Porsche says the 2015 Cayenne Turbo S will accelerate from zero to 60 mph in 3.8 seconds and has a top speed of 176 mph. The company claims the Cayenne Turbo S set a record lap for SUVs on the north loop at Germany's Nürburgring racetrack.

What Unique Features Does It Offer?
In addition to the newly pumped-up twin-turbocharged V8, the 2015 Porsche Cayenne Turbo S features Porsche's brilliant but extravagantly expensive carbon-ceramic brakes as standard equipment.

Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus also is standard to optimize high-speed cornering performance and stability. The Cayenne Turbo S also comes with 21-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights and a sport exhaust.
