A total mess
In January we purchased our seventh Acura. We purchased a 2020 RDX at Los Gatos Acura CA. Beware, there has been a steady decline in Acura's quality and customer service. The car has 9K miles and has been to the Acura Service Center 7 times. The new transmission has already failed. They replaced it with a used rebuild transmission. Furthermore, they are incompetent when fixing their own vehicles. This RDX has had major electrical and audio issues. The dash board has been ripped out 3 times, wire harnesses and electrical components have been replaced. But every time we get the car back, it happens again. We are going on a month of rental cars. Acura will not take the car back and replace it with a new one. This car has caused an insane amount of inconvenience and frustration. I will never buy another Acura and highly recommend that you don't either. This is what we get for being loyal customers. BUYER BEWARE!

Excellent SUV
I love this car. I’ve owned my RDX (silver with Technology package and SH-AWD) for 10 days and I have zero regrets with my purchase. Almost all cars made nowadays seem “good enough”, but I’ve only owned Hondas, BMWs, and Volvos, which are all great car companies. This is my first Acura and I find it to be much better than its competitors. I love that the trims are simple to understand and don’t include a hundred different optional equipment packages. I think the design of the car is modern yet not overly stylish, it seems sophisticated to me. The aspect I love most about the interior is definitely the touchpad and large center screen. The touchpad took a few days to get used to but once I got the hang of it I loved it. I think it was smart to go with a touchpad instead of touchscreen. My last few cars had a touchscreen and within a month they were covered in scratches, smudges, and fingerprints. I would clean it constantly but soon gave up trying to keep it nice. The screen in my RDX is gorgeous, so bright, crisp, and fast (no lag!). And it will never have scratches or fingerprints! Love it. I also love the seats, the 12 way power allows me to get very comfortable. The large panoramic roof is sooo nice, I really like driving at night with the shade open. Lastly, driving in Sport+ mode with the SH-AWD is FUN. I don’t necessarily baby my cars, so I love putting this car through it’s paces. The RDX seems really well engineered and the gear shifts are so smooth. The SH-AWD also makes driving up Big Bear much less anxiety-inducing. I’ve only traveled up the mountain twice, but each time there was icy roads and snow and I never felt the car slip or slide like my BMW X3 used to do. I feel confident driving it. Of course, no car is perfect in every way. A few things I wish were different: the auto start/stop (which every car seems to have nowadays) took some getting used to. But if it improves fuel economy I’m all for it. I wish it came standard with rubber floor mats instead of the carpet ones. And finally, I wish the trial of SiriusXM satellite radio was longer, 3 months isn’t enough! I really do love this car, looking forward to driving it for many years! Or at least until the next generation comes out :D

A stylish, powerful, and luxurious SUV
This is a ground up inside out all new design RDX introduced in 2019. The 2.0L Turbo engine is strong enough to power this grown-up 3rd gen RDX better than previous V6 engine. We just made 1,500 miles drive in 20 days with this 2020 SH-AWD, Advance, majestic black color RDX. It follows (I would say, lead) Acura's recent design language very well such as large grill face and high-tech inside button-based gears. Ride comfort, cabin quietness (except for intentional engine sound during acceleration), quality materials altogether support the luxury brand of Acura. Ok, straight to the most controversial part: the infotainment system, dubbed as TTI (true touch interface by Acura). Some critics or users complained of the un-conventional touch interface; unlike the computer touch pad, TTI refers to one-to-one positioning between the screen and the touch pad. Within a day or two of usage, I just loved it. It is so much intuitive and easy to use after all. I even don't need to look at my finger in the touch pad or swipe the cursor multiple times to locate the app or command I want to use. Real problem was not the Acura's system, but when we want to use mobile application such as Apple CarPlay (now Android Auto is available as of 11/4/2019), we have to go back to conventional dragging/positioning touch pad, which takes so much longer time than Acura's TTI. I wish Apple (and Google) should understand this futuristic automobile application and allow users to choose within CarPlay or Android Auto. During last 20 days of use with mostly CarPlay for Google map and Spotify music, I have encountered one incident that audio was unavailable followed by screen freeze, and unable to turn-off the infotainment system even after I turned off the engine. After I simply rebooted the infotainment by pressing the three buttons (back - home - B zone) simultaneously and reset the system, it came back to normal. However, I understand that if any users who do not know this issue and the temporary solution like I did would be upset (or even panic during driving). However, there is no such system free from glitches, especially any computer related one. So, let's just wait and see how the newest system update (D.1.2.1 deployed 11/4/2019) and more to come can further stabilize it. Acura released the paper regarding the list of complaints reported so far, which this firmware update can handle. The list is surprisingly long. And it is even longer for 2019 RDX (with previous version of firmware); however, as far as they can be handled, I believe the infotainment system should be much stable. On top of that, Android Auto is finally joining the game, and thank you for efforts, Acura. Overall, I am very much fond of idea and reality of the car. The more you know, the more you can enjoy!

Great car!
Loving my new RDX! Very comfortable. I owed a caddy SRX and lexus RX. My favor by far in price. I got every option possible and it was cheaper then my almost loaded RX. Right up there with the Lexus but 10k cheaper! Can't go wrong, drives great!

Front Brake noise
Front brakes make noise and you can feel the abrasive rubbing. I have had both front brake pads replaced, I only have 3000 miles on my vehicle, only to have the symptom reoccurrence next day .Dealer says no fix for this problem, Acura is aware of this since they build the new RDX in 2019, we are going to 2021 and no fix yet . Happens when applying brakes going about 40-45 mph
