I purchased this vehicle new just over a year ago. It is simply the best SUV I have ever driven. I would not hesitate to recommend its purchase to a friend or family member. My one and only criticism is:fake(plastic)wood.

Test drove a good number of SUV's. This Acura SUV got my attention because of all it's safety features, good looking body style, very good gas mileage, good Bose audio sound, and nicely powered 265 HP engine which makes it fun to drive with some pep. I am happy I bought this vehicle. I traded a 2002 Mercedes 320C in on it. Thus, I realize the ride will not be a performance car ride...and I also understand this vehicle has a lot to offer for the $. The ride is a little bumpy, but the pick up, goodies added and over-all comfort more than make up for that. I compared the Lexus RX330 to this and thought both were great. However, this ride was more for the $.

I had the Honda Pilot (which is a great SUV)but I wanted the 'extras'. The MDX has it all. I am extremely pleased that I decided to get the MDX. Best ride I've ever had. :o)

very good SUV overall in terms of reliability, but style is bland and not exciting.
