Love BMWs -- went from a '06 325 and a GMC Acadia (way too many things went wrong) to an X5. Happy so far, although I miss the feeling of "zipping around" that I had in my 325.
The iDrive, Bluetooth and iPod integration. Agree that it's easy to use if you can use a computer. Much easier display than my 325, which didn't have iDrive.
I would like more pep but didn't want to spend the extra on the 4.8. Oh well. Gas mileage could be better -- will be interested to see how the new diesels with SCRs on board turn out. Either that or a hybrid will be my next purchase.
