Car feels more expensive than it is

I love looking at, sitting in and driving this car. VW did this one right. I was looking at a Sonata, Lexus IS250, Infinity G35 and Buick Regal and none gave me as much car for the money as the CC. There simply is no finer car for me in the low 30K range.

I purchased my 2012 cc r line about a week ago. I had already bought the 2012 jetta tdi for my wife and then I fell love with the r line. I love the kit on the r line and 18" alloys, and I love the fact that its a RARELY seen car. It's a affordable and luxurious car, and very sporty. Alot for the american dollar. It rides really smooth and is a eye catcher. It has a desent acceleration for a 2.0t. Overall I am very satisfied and the tdi is nice too. I'd recommend this car to anyone and to be honest I am a very picky person but I have only good things to say about this car.

Honda to VW-CC and no regrets

Just purchased this 2012 VW-CC Sport after trading in my Honda Accord 08'. No regrets so far. I love the CC, it drives and handles so incredibly. I really liked the reliability of the Honda, but it just didn't drive like this vehicle. The VW a classy looking vehicle for the price range, but it is a blast to drive! I'm about 6'4" and there is plenty of leg room. Interior is sleek and well designed. Was totally amazed at the power of the 4 cyl engine, the turbo makes it seem like an V6 ! Braking is smooth and even and when you drive it, it feels like a great fitting suit. I owned a Jetta in the mid - 90's and after an Altima and then a Honda, time to give VW another try. Glad I did!

I have owned my 2013 Volkswagen CC for 17 months now. I bought the car from a private owner in Florida. I absolutely love the look of this car and it definitely turns heads, however, I have had to replace the lower control arms one month after buying it, replaced the battery and PCV valve. I do not get sufficient heat and had the heater core flushed in lieu of replacement, which is very pricey AND to date, in 17 months, I have replaced the water pump 3 TIMES!. Original cost to me for the pujmp was $1,517. It was covered under warranty the next two times. Was also told that my oil leak is the cam actuator magnet (whatever that is). Something is causing these water pumps to go bad. Seems to me should be a recall because the dealer told me this happens frequently. Plastic parts in the pump do not help I'm sure. All told, I have spent over $4,000 since I bought the car on repairs. I love this car but the repairs are KILLING ME.

Purchased on 1/16/2012 and have yet to stop at the gas station to fill up....that includes driving to work on daily basis (10 mi.) and doing light errands most evenings. The 2.0 turbo is plenty of power for this car. I had an 08 Jetta W-burg with same engine so I know it's strengths. The car feels solid, comfortable, and I think it rivals the Infiniti G series, Acura TSX and other entry level Lux cars. The CC is essentially a Lux car without the typical Lux Badge like Audi or BMW. I think this car could probably sell for 3-4k more and still be a fair deal.
