Used cars are not fully inspected. Just purchase a 2015 Cadillac ATS in October. The radio didn't work two days later. Wasn't offer the extended warranty. Service department called and said it'll be 1400 dollars to fix. Sales department offer to pay half. I feel I shouldn't have to pay nothing. They don't try to make their customers happy. My friend went to test drive a vehicle. Upon her arrival, she was told that she could only test drive it in the parking lot because it was not MD state inspected. And then, suddenly it was already sold. 6 days later, I still see it on website. I call and was told it was MD state inspected and what time would I like to come in. Scheduled my appointment with "sales manager" for 2 hours later. He then calls me back to tell me that the vehicle has been sold and he's sorry. Then, 1 1/2 hours later, a female sales person calls to ask me when I would like to come see the vehicle. I informed her of what the "manager" had told me. She politely put me on hold, came back to phone, apologies and that in fact it was sold. What a joke!!

This was far and away the sketchiest used car dealership I've ever been to and that's saying a lot. In a random alley, their stock was nowhere near up to date on their website, they acted surprised when I pointed out that the car smelled like the inside of a cigarette, and just overall a really weird vibe. The cars in stock weren't really great quality. They have high end cars but they are in terrible shape and priced as if they are pristine. They offered to sit at the computer with me to look at stock but I couldn't look a the lot and the whole thing was just weird.

Went to look at a vehicle that was verified by e-mail to be on the lot. Arrived after about a 50 minute drive to look a the Honda CR-V. We walked around the lots for about 20 minutes and could not locate the Honda CR-V on the listing. Some girl came out and asked if she could help. We showed her a picture of the Honda CR-V and she stated she would find the vehicle. We watch this girl go all over the lots for about another 20 minutes just pushing the unlock button on the remote. She stated she was not a sales rep and was going to go get one. Well about another 20 minutes went by and she did not return. We saw the girl going into the dealership with a different person. That was the end of this wasted trip. We let the lot and never looked back. The Koons GM Corner dealership acted liked they did not care about selling a vehicle. Poor customer service and not worth the terrible experience.
