When I know more than the salesperson and have to educate them it doesn't give me confidence and I am in sales, new homes. The salesperson delivered my 21 Bolt, exceptional, the best GM product and by far the best value ever, to my office and picked up my pristine 19 Volt trade. We were done in 30 minutes! This dealership is honest because I got into a dispute with the pay off on the Volt and my generat..c u. San Antonio lied. They are the worst bank or credit union I've ever encountered from day one. When the NP office manager got involved it was fixed within five minutes! They have your back at NorthPark and I'm looking to replace my leased Buick next. I'll pick a Chevy just because of NorthPark. Other Chevy dealers in San Antonio and Boerne TX have treated me like a first time non educated buyer, insulting, with their typical practices. Dealer Review:

I purchased a 2010 LS 460 with under 35,000 miles for under $20K. As to be expected, it would likely have shortcomings, mostly superficial or maintenance items. This it did, though Jasmine quickly arranged for new owners manuals to be shipped and a cash reimbursement of $140 in partial reimbursement for missing items. The only serious problem was that steering linkage had torn loose in two places, as determined by the Lexus dealer in Tucson. This means that at speeds common to Interstate driving, the car would likely have undergone a major and perhaps fatal accident. Had I driven the car back to Tucson rather than having it shipped, I might not be writing this review! I had specified that anything that made the car inoperable or unsafe would be corrected. This Ride N Drive did not do, though I don't think it was intentional.

I traded a full sized truck for a new Outback - this was my first Subaru ever it was a very big change for me but I needed something smaller and AWD as well. My salesperson Ben, took a large amount of time showing me three different cars (crosstrek-great but to small for me, Forester- to hard to get ahold of and a new design this year so price is premium and has engine stop start which I HATE) before getting to the Outback. Ben was patient and took a great deal of care to explain, test drive and demo each car with no pressure or any of that to help me get to the car that fit my needs best. The sales manager and salesperson also took the time to explain leasing vs purchasing and the costs that go along with both; I chose to purchase this time. After selecting a car, the actual purchasing experience was a little better than most dealers -we did have the usual haggling over trade value, price and other details but we did get to a place that made me happy; it just took some time. The dealer is fair but like anywhere, it is best to know what you want and the real value of your trade. I financed through my credit union so I cannot speak about the finance department but the sales side was great - better than most dealers. One thing I will say is the after purchase follow up is outstanding; I have been contacted no less than 4 times by various people to make sure I had no questions or issues; and they employ a person full time to address any issues after the sale and explain the features of the car so if you have any issues with how things work as you get acquainted with your new car, you have someone to ask, I am very impressed with that! When it comes time to replace this car, if I decide on another Subaru I will return to Huffines. I do not have any experience with service department yet but this dealer does seem to care about its customers so I am hoping for the best there as well.
