Venza is the crossover's cross over back to an urban boulevard cruiser. When I was a kid, the bougie car was a Cadillac or Buick. This is the 21st century of comfortable, relaxed, and spacious. As cars get bigger, we need bigger cars. Safety in a moving vehicle may be an illusion, but I feel safe in the Venza. It protects me from myself. I have no intention of taking my car off roading. The electric motor driving the rear wheels is, in my mind about safety, not adventure. The hybrid system too, is the result of 24 years of continuous improvement. It has its idiosyncrasies, but the gas milage and performance are excellent. I have the infotainment system with buttons, the old school HVAC knobs and no sunroof; simple, intuitive, and reliable. The car has quirks, limited storage for sunglasses, awkward placement for the start button, and the liftgate does not need to be motorize. Overall, the Venza is a very good car!

We couldn't be happier with our 2024 Venza

We driven Hilanders, Audis, also owned Toyota Tundras. We love this SUV! Its comfortable, and whoever mentioned the controls were not placed well....omg.... I consider those people complainers! There is no engine noise...as noted by others. A family member owns a RAV XLE hybrid- I really like it, but prefer the Venza.
