First, remember that it is a TRUCK, made to do truck jobs. If you want soft riding, go buy a car or a suv. The TRD Pro is awesome, it saved me from having to do all the research and installation of off road parts. Second, buy a manual. Shifting gears makes you feel more in tuned with the truck and it is your fault if you are in the wrong gear not some pre-mapped automatic (I owned an 2017 automatic before I ordered the Pro, also use the ECT button). I also own several other older truck models that you can not wear out (82-270,000, 84-290,000, and a 92-350,000) all are simple, rugged trucks. I have had no reliability at this time with close to 16,000 miles on it and my dealer has been the best. I got a good deal and their staff and mechanics are the best
