Used 2016 Toyota Prius Hatchback Consumer Reviews
Hood gas mileage only perk
Let me start by saying, the gas mileage is awesome. Now for the cons. I don’t like the fact that the front driver seat is very low and even with it raised to its highest level it’s still too low for me and I’m 5‘4“. The second item is the heater vent on the front driver side is too high so it doesn’t blow on the driver. Next item, does not have an automatic trunk release from your remote control, which Honda does. My model did not have heated seats and I never thought I would miss that but I do. Next item visibility is poor in the front windows because of the wide posts at either end of the car that hold the windshield. Also, I don’t like the fact that you have to drive this car for at least 40 minutes once a week or the battery will drain down or will not have a good lifespan. Next, they say it has leather red seats but that’s just a fancy way of saying they’re vinyl. They are not leather. I think that about covers by complaints about this car. The most important, is the hybrid battery life which if you don’t drive the car every day the hybrid battery life will not live to its optimum span. If I knew them what I know now, I would not have bought the car. I bought a 2016 Toyota Prius three touring and brand new that car cost $29,000. After five years I paid 25,000 for it. It’s over priced.

Great car
I love my Prius! It gets fantastic gas mileage while at the same time it cures road rage (smile). It can get up and go but it's better at allowing you to do the speed limit.
85k miles and only oil changes
What a great car. Is it going to win races? Nope and I don't care. It is a perfect commuter car. I have a 1 inch trailer hitch for my bike rack on the back AND if you fold the back seats down my bike can fit in the car fully assembled. It fits myself and 3 friends with coolers and a grill for tailgating. It really does all you need a car to do wonderfully.
