For Retirement vehicle!
Bought my 2010 highlander in 2009, hoping it would last through first 10 years of retirement. Its such a reliable vehicle. 1 problem was the back door would jam and not close. It was a recall. I took my vehicle in because I had noticed it was bumping and not closing properly. The service checked it and said it just needed greased. So now the automatic closure does not work. That was my only problem with my vehicle. It has 92,000 mi.,now. I have truly loved it. You will not go wrong purchasing a used 2010 limited highlander

Love being off the ground!
Went from a small Ford Focus that was about 7 inches off the ground to sitting up and visible! A little concerned about the light steering. Seems to want to steer itself. Still getting adjusted to size. I have leather and love the captains seats in the 2nd row. Have the third row seat down and liking the cargo space. Taking dealers word that there was and still is nothing wrong with Toyota's gas pedals.

My third Highlander ! O:)
2010 Sport Highlander purchased 12/09! My third Highlander ! love love love it! 19 inches wheels big plus! Roomy! Moonroof! Stereo system exc! In spite of Toyota's recent problems would buy another today! All my Toyota vehicles (buying them since 1970; all new) have been problem free, routing maintenance, change the oil! Great product!
Toyota Highlander is a Gas Guzzler
I bought this car because I believed the stats as fact. I read that this SUV give you about 18 miles/gallon in the city. But my 2010 toyota highlander got me only 13 to 14 miles per gallon. I only got 750 miles on my SUV right now, but I had to fill up 4 times already. Each time cost me about $45.00. I am spending about $850.00 (car payment, insurance and gas)per month just to drive this car! Totally not worth it!
poor
Very poor fuel economy. It is running a lot worst than (17/23) mile/gallon. Less than 11 MPG in city. Another problem is the car does not move right away once the gas pedal is pressed. There is at least half second delay.
