This is our 3rd Corolla and every one was amazing. Great styling, comfort, and reliability. Only 30,000 miles and always garaged. No one has ever ridden in the back! There are a couple of things that are a little troublesome. The driver’s side windowsill doesn't support my elbow which is where I've always rested while on a long trip. Also, the sound system is a bit buggy, turning on or off by itself. A small issue when everything else is good.

Unproblematic and nothing more

I drive a corolla S plus and I have had no problems with it’s reliability. With that being said, there are several things that need improving. For instance, while the corolla is a fairly inexpensive car, the interior feels very cheap. Almost all of the plastic trim feels like it could break at any moment and it rattles like crazy. The seats are fairly comfortable but stain very easily. The driving experience is the main problem I have with the car. If you want a fun car to drive, don’t buy a corolla. The car has no steering feedback, there is an insane amount of body roll, and the engine is lacking incredibly in power or torque. I’ve spent most of this review complaining about the bad things, but there is credit to be given to the corolla. For example, the car gets very good gas mileage. It is reliable, safe, and inexpensive to own. It’s a great car if you’re just looking for an efficient, no-nonsense commuter car. If you’re looking for fun behind the wheel, however, look somewhere else, because you won’t find it in a corolla.

The car has transmission issues you can hear it when you’re driving it as it makes a winding noise when you hit the gas.
