Used 1999 Toyota Camry Sedan Consumer Reviews
the best
if you don't have enough money to buy a lexus es300, don't worry just buy this camry and it will do the same job for a lot less cash.
Bland, and almost great
Had it since new. Style, compared to the new camry or older Accords is too plain. Engine/Trans doing fine at 87000, but Struts have been making strange noises since 25K, and brakes are always squeaking. Interior plastic is warping, but cloth is fine.
Camry Review
We leased this car in 1998, had to return it to the dealer in 2001, then bought it back in 2002 because we missed it so much.
Great Car
The 99 Toyota Camry is a great car for me so far. I have had no problems with it. The car rides very nice and I think it will last me through college. The only problem I have is the suspension is noisy when it goes over rough bumps. I am 6'4 and I really feel comfortable because the seat adjusts back/forth and up/down. It's a great car and I have read great reviews on this car!
2nd Camry
I enjoy driving my 1999 Camry. I think it is very comfortable and have been told by my passengers that they also feel very comfortable. I have frequently driven from Florida to Vermont and back again and have never felt uncomfortable in the driver's seat. I have over 60,000 miles on my car and have not done any work on the Camry other than regular oil changes. I think the look of the Camry is a little boring, but it performs well.
