Crazy for this C-HR
I love this C-HR! Not only is it fun to drive but it also feels so safe. I was driving it the other day in a heavy rainstorm and it handled extremely well.

Nice car but misses the mark on a few things
Bought a new 2021 C-HR Limited on the showroom floor. Beautiful, different looking car that stands out and has a futuristic styling. The power driver's seat allows for great positioning... I have back problems and am very comfortable in the seat. Well-built and feels solid and safe on the road. Real world MPG is 33 - 34 MPG city/suburb driving (flat terrain in Florida), up to 41 MPG on highway! The complaints I have are the limited storage room due to the swoopy styling; I would have preferred a more squared-off shape to be more utilitarian, but these days, the less aerodynamic boxy shape is gone. At least the back seat folds flat, so that is a plus. As for the driving experience, the C-HR is a bit underpowered. It's o.k. generally, but definitely not inspiring or fun to drive. There is a Sport mode, but you have to scroll through menus to engage it and it switches back to Econo mode every time you turn the car off... a simple button would have been so much better. But even in Sport mode, the steering wheel stiffens up some, but the gearing doesn't seem to change much to improve acceleration. The handling is average; leans some in corners and just not a fun or sporty drive compared to, for instance, a VW (I previously had a VW Golf Alltrack that was a blast to drive). Overall, I give it good marks if you are just wanting a reliable, solid, cool looking car but don't really care much about cargo room or sporty driving experience. I have a Greyhound and she barely fits in the back and has a high jump to get inside (that she does not like). Interior fit and finish is good, platinum white paint is very nice, wish the Limited came with a sunroof (not available), so overall pleased with it, just doesn't have that "fun" factor and pretty slow off the line. Not a fan of CVT's at all, but the Aisin (Toyota) CVT is supposed to be more reliable than Jatko, and these days, it's usually either a CVT or dual-clutch transmission. Compared it to the Honda HR-V that had a lot more room and more dog-friendly, but the seating was uncomfortable, no power seats, and the off-the-line acceleration was miserable. So went with the C-HR and pretty happy with it so far.
