Used 2018 Toyota C-HR XLE 4dr SUV (2.0L 4cyl CVT) Consumer Reviews
Great ride but blind spot is massive
Have the 2018 C-HR base trim. Enjoy the standard safety features and the look. Soft suspension. Though the adaptive cruise control isn’t the smoothest. I bravely use it on my daily commute to work on the interstate. Works great other than it braking very frequently regardless of the sensitivity level. A huge con is the brake pedal being too high for me. I wear female size 6-7 shoes. Pretty average but I basically have to use my toes to step on the brake. Not great for stop and go traffic. Eventually I gained permanent ankle pain from that. Blind spot is massive. I learned to find a good angle for my side mirrors after 2 years of driving it. Due to the slanted window design, I tend to not reverse park as straight anymore. I’m sure I just need some practice but never really had to this for other bigger cars I’ve driven. Gas mileage average about 28-30mpg. At 40k, I’m hearing metal clanking noise in my right rear wheel. If you want to purchase a C-HR, I would recommend getting the higher trim for blind spot monitor.

C-HR purchase
Our first time experience at Runnemede, NJ Toyota went extremely well. Our sales person was Louis. He was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. From our communication over the phone to finalizing the sale it all went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Louis and Runnemede Toyota.
Speed..mystification!
I can't understand the knocking of the speed issue. My CHR is turbo-charged and it does better than 70 in ten seconds and besides...many of the road-hogs give me the finger when I pull from a side road and they can't catch me, but when I finally let them they are mad as hell and as usual...the finger...lol. I just smile and love those guys.
