Used 2003 Saturn L-Series Consumer Reviews
best car for the money
I leased my L-200,a year and a half ago. I have had no problems and oil change service,is quick and pleasant. The car is very roomy inside and handles well. For the money, you cant beat it. The team at Saturn is also great.
dont buy a saturn
poor service, too many problems to list, dealership refuses to acknowledge some problems... should have bought the Alero or spent a little more and got the Accord. DO NOT BUY THIS CAR IF YOU WANT A QUIET and RELIABLE CAR.

This car has voltage problems. Running the AC and the headlights causes sudden surges, causing lights to dim.(Dealer checked twice, says is normal for this model) The door handle was broke. The brakes have been replaced but still sound horrible. The "factory" put incorrect alignment on car.Saturn replaced all tires and fixed alignment. The fuel sender broke. The fuel pump broke when they attempted to fix the fuel sender.I had the car back 2 times because of a strong fuel (gas) smell.Fuel vent line broke. Also excessive vibration at 75mph (Which service manager said is "issue they have with this model")
Good Car, Good Value
I've had my Saturn L200 since 2003 and it's been great. It hasn't let me down during the first 80,000 miles. Hopefully the next 80,000 miles will be as enjoyable. I didn't give the highest ratings because some of the things feel cheap on the car. They still work fine, just don't feel like they have the quality my BMW has (I guess I really can't compare the two though). It has been a great car. As of now I'd definately purchase another Saturn. For the price you can't beat it.
Under rated
I love the new styling of the L-series. I get compliments everyday, people usually dont realize that Saturn made such a good looking vehicle. Very impressed with the power of the 4cyl.
