Used 2022 Porsche 911 Coupe Consumer Reviews
2022 911 GTS IS A TRACK CAR
2022 911 C2 GTS Coupe. Manual. This is my second 922, so I have a reference point. This car is an old school hot rod. This is primarily a track car. My GTS Combination of manual transmission, rear axle steering and turbo S suspension makes the GTS drive like the most track focused vehicle I have ever driven. As I live in New York and I have never been to a track, this is not necessarily great thing. The ride quality is intolerably harsh on our roads. My 2021 C2 S was comparatively a luxury ride. The rear wheel steering makes this car extremely nervous and darty at highway speeds. Rear wheel steering is great for making a U-turn or parking, but on the open road it’s overkill.. This car is a track monster, drivers only, not recommended for passengers. Yes it has more horsepower and it comes with a lot of goodies, but be careful what you wish for. If I lived near a track, this would be my first choice. There is no such thing as comfort mode in this ride. . There appears to be very little discernable difference between the sport, sport plus and the various driving modes as they are all hard as a rock. Every road bump crashes through the car. The 992 C2S in sport mode is an all around champion. Don't get me wrong, if you want a race car in sheeps clothing, do not hesitate. Unfortunately after a summer with the GTS, I couldn’t wait to get rid of it. The typical Carrera S has so much power and is incredibly comfortable and handles superbly, so I ordered a new C2s manual.. The GTS center lock wheels look great' but God help you if you get a flat. You will need to abandon the car and have it flat bedded to a dealer. So considering a road trip was off the table for me. That’s basically true with any high-performance car. Any flat and you are out of commission. Also the new interface screen software that was upgraded is not intuitive, it's really frustrating and poorly executed. Others have mentioned this also. . So if you decide to get the GTS, I would skip the manual transmission in this model and avoid the rear wheel steering, A manual changes the entire character of a 911S, I love the rev matching and auto clutch start, great for a CS2 but too much on a GTS. This car is made for racing and the PDK will run rings around a manual. I also don't know why anyone would want a 4 wheel drive model. Can't figure that out. Are you really driving in the snow?/ Love the C2S, lets leave it there.

Don’t wait
I bought the Carerra S just to get the manual. Supply is very tight so order now and prepare to wait. I only waited 5 months for mine. If you’ve wanted one, go for it.

2022 Posche 911 Carrera S is simply phenomenal
I’ve owned everything from an Aston Martin Vantage, GT500 and even a Ferrari 458 Italia …. If I had to pick only ONE car… it’s the 911. Build quality is excellent, performance is outstanding and the pure enjoyment of driving is amazing. I purchased the S model with the Heritage Design interior. The only downside is the corduroy seats can be more difficult to clean. 0-60 in the car is amazingly fast. Braking and feedback through the steering wheel is outstanding. Visibility out of the car is top notch too. It literally is THE best car I’ve ever owned bar none.
