I purchased a 2018 Nissan Kicks in March of 2019. I originally wanted a Juke, but was told they did not have any. I inquired at other local dealerships and they had they same answer, no Jukes. I settled on the Kicks. What sold me on this car was the color. It is Gun Metallic and Monarch Orange. Other than the Radio issues when it was first purchased, I have not had any issues with this vehicle. I keep the maintenance up on it. I was approached by someone at the dealership about trading it in. I am not interested in trading this card unless I can get another one in a different year with the same color. I love the dealership at Nissan Auto Centers. The service manager there is a jewel as well as all of those who work there. They are very professional and I am a satisfied customer.

Wished here was a better arm rest

After having my old car towed to Nissan, I decided to buy another car. I didn’t want to spend a lot, but I needed a car with good gas mileage, comfortable and reliable. I spotted the Kicks and thought it was just what I was looking for. It took a little getting used to because I went from a mid-size crossover to a small SUV. I wish the Kicks had a better armrest that had storage. It would be more comfortable to drive on longer commutes. The engine is noisy when accelerating, but I’ve gotten used to it. I’ve had it for almost 2 months and so far so good. It’s really good on gas.

Love the two tone color (gun metal gray w/monarch orange top & mirrors) , came with 18 in rims, dark tint all around. I used to drive a Mini Cooper S and was worried about the power issues I read about. I test drove the Jeep renegade and was disappointed with the lack of acceleration and power. I then test drove the 2018 Kicks and it just took off! Was surprised with the power it has! Also has great gas mileage, looks great, much more room than the renegade. I have the S (base model) and I absolutely love my Nissan Kicks. Update: I’ve had my Kicks for over a year now. I still love it, haven’t had any problems except for alignment, which the dealer took care of (happened within 10,000 miles). Acceleration is still good, fuel economy is good, looks and runs great. Have almost 20,000 miles on her now.

My engine is sludge!! I’ve been doing oil changes and now I have 44,000 miles on it and the oil is all sludge not to mention I’m having issues with my radio turning off and the air vent is coming out. Very disappointed as this was my first brand new car I purchased, never again!!!

2018 Nissan Kicks SR 4dr Hatchback (1.6L 4cyl CVT)

I bought this Nissan Kicks after owning a Nissan Versa Note and I am sorely disappointed in this new car! I have had to have this car back to the dealership 2 times now. There is a very loud and annoying high pitched screeching noise that started on the passenger side of the front of the car that has continuously gotten worse the longer I have owned it. I bought the SR model thinking this would be a car that I could keep for a number of years but I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS CAR. The navigation system will not keep synced with my phone (S9+) and I this is a feature I really need as I travel ALOT! SO, after 2 mechanics riding with me in the car and hearing the noise 2 times, I am now told that the Engineers at Nissan are saying," this is a normal condition of the kicks and we are not addressing this issue at this time". NOT ACCEPTABLE NISSAN!!! I was told to get rid of the noise to open the windows and this should fix the noise issue! Are you kidding me??? I live in a cold climate and I bought a new car and I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CRACK MY WINDOWS TO "DROWN OUT THE NOISE". I think I may need legal help. BTW, I was given a loaner car, another Kicks, and low and behold it made the same NOISE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! Nissan says," at this time we are not able to address this is with the design of the Kicks". No kidding that is what they have said!!!
