My last 2 cars were Honda CRV’s which I loved but Honda has raised the prices so much we decided to try something new. I loved the look of the Outlander and the price was right. That is all it has going for it. If you’re looking for a car that everything works on, this is not the car for you. The touch screen is sketchy and freezes. Half the time apple car play will let you hear the directions but not see the map. The first time I tried to use the washer fluid it didn’t work, so assuming it was empty (on a brand new car) I added fluid. That was not the case, it just doesn’t work. The cruise control is basically worthless. Even on a straight away it can’t hold speed and heaven forbid you are on any type of incline. With less than 1500 miles on it the change oil light came on. Don’t set your purse on the passenger floor board if your keys are in it. The car won’t detect the key and start. If you’re trying to lock the car, make sure not to put your key in your gym bag or in your purse unless you keep it on your hip closest to the door or it won’t lock. This is the worst car purchase I’ve ever made.
