Used 2009 Mercury Sable Consumer Reviews
A Great Car
I enjoy driving my Mercury Sable. It is a very well-built car and has a lot of room. The trunk is large. I receive compliments on it often.
Smooth car
I traded a Honda Pilot and so far am very pleased. Averaging 24 mpg, like sitting higher, quality seems great. The room is massive without being goofy big on the outside. I love te soft leather and the body shape. As long as it holds up, it's the nicest car I've ever owned in 35 years of driving. Nice job Mercury

Many issues.
This car is very comfortable. For sure. Without its rusty spots, it looks just as good outside. But when I had traded my Chevy impala for a ford make I was upset at first, but all in all, when I had traded the car it was around 150,000 miles already. The firs tissue was the heated seats don't work. And a few months after that, alternator went out. Replaced that, no problems since. But then I took a trip to Colorado and the power steering leaked. Easy fix, just a new oring. Also, one tire has needed air multiple times. I believe it could be the rim's though. And wheel bearings need to be replaced. Honestly it's just problem after problem. It's not worth the reliability buy.

hidden jewel
I own a 2009 Mercury sable premier awd and I am impressed with this automobile, the updated and very stylish interior feel very lux. The SYNC system is outstanding and easy to use once you read the manual. The car handle is smooth and claim wish it had more Ford power it's also loaded with safety features, exterior is a bit boring and common but I really like this car and would recommend it for ages 28-45 year old males only. It's a man's car
