Used 2003 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Sedan Consumer Reviews
Great Performance and Style
It's my fist Mercedes - very elegant with a sporty flavor - the back seat is a bit cramped for our teenager. The finish and appointments are excellent. Another 50 HP would be nice - it's heavy and it doesn't exactly jump off the line. Great, solid ride!
Luxury Sports Performance
Beautiful car. Favors luxury over performance, but this car is no slouch. Steering is a bit heavy and braking takes some getting used to. Overall, this car is a tremendous blend of luxury and performance. Highly recommended.

Impressions of my 2003 E500
This is a great car, the best I've ever owned. It is smooth, well made, quiet, and powerful. The fit and fisnish is excellent.
Beautiful piece of junk
Bought a 2003 E320 in October. Loved it at first. Since then it's been in the shop 4 times. Three audio system failures, central gateway controller failures (kinda scary in a brake-by- wire car), thermometer and an apparent engineering glitch in the way the door locks in the driver's side door is built. It sticks and won't open sometimes. Mercedes corporate hasn't even bothered to contact us and express their concern. Don't but this car.
Love it
I have always dreamed of owning a M-Benz and have loved every second of it. It drives, rides, looks, everything the way I dreamed it would. Bought it with a extended warranty and 42000 miles. Only problems I have had have been with the seat memory and a little static on the stereo. Millage is good on the highway at 28.9 mpg.
