lack of technology
I recently leased the "carbon edition". Being a Japanese made car i really did not check out the technology it came with. If I had I doubt that I would have leased it. My biggest complaint is that it is not a touch screen. My 2018 Charger and 2019 Mustang both have touch screens. The screen itself and unfriendly toggle switch have not been updated in this model which is a "special" model. If I am driving and want to change a destination I have to pull over put the car in part, put the emergency brake on and then change where I want to go. On a positive not the car us quick, handles like a dream, is comfortable but way behind in the tech used. If you are looking for up dated tech but something else

Uncatchy Review
I always wanted a Mazda 6 Grand Touring. I finally bought a brand new 2021 Mazda 6 GT, and now I suffer heavily from buyer's remorse. The engine is underwhelming with a 0 to 60 time of 7.1 sec. There is a lot of torque from this bad boy, but it is all bark and no bite after first gear. It feels heavy and unsporty. I am 6 ft. tall and I have trouble getting in and out of the vehicle without heading my head once or twice. Once I survived the initial entry point, I feel like a giant with the top of my head grazing the ceiling. The infotainment system looks like 2010 tech. The rear camera is terrible. I do like the center knob near the shifter. After you get used to it, it becomes intuitive and quite safer than touch screen, but that's the height of the excitement. Other than that, this car makes me sad. I already have thoughts of how I am going to trade in this vehicle for something else (Kia Stinger?).

Watch out for paint chipping soul red color
Just bought a 2021 Mazda 6 Touring Plus today and noticed at the point of sale, paint chipping spots on the hood and side panel. Dealer says he will touch it up, but now I discover that many mazdas have this paint problem. Just worried that I bought a lemon. Car appears to drive well though.
