Warning: Do not buy a Lincoln Navigator!!
I have owned many luxury cars in my lifetime and this is by far THE WORST vehicle I have ever owned. Bought it brand new in April 2020. So far a wheel has developed a horrible scraping noise and the car has literally died twice. Completely. Not battery related. Died. Dead. No lights. No starter. Nothing works. They have no clue what’s wrong with it. It’s sitting at a dealership as I’m writing this review. It has to be towed in for the second time about 2 weeks ago. I have no car. No call from the dealership on what’s wrong. Paid $105,000 for a car that doesn’t run. Less than 5,000 miles. Ridiculous piece of junk. The Black Label service I paid for is non-existent. If I owned Lincoln I would really embarrassed to have sold this pile of crap to any customer. This car needs to be towed back to the factory for a complete rebuild of the electrical system.

waited 4 months drove it for 2 days and...
I ordered 2023 Lincoln Navigator Reserve L for my fleet in early September 2022. The car was delivered to us on January 3rd 2023. It is a second Navigator in our fleet as we own 2020 with same trim and we love it. By January 5th I drove the car for bout 280 miles and went to the airport for client pick up. turned off the car and when client was ready I was trying to start the car. I tried every option with help of the dealer and car failed to start with the fab. It started with the Lincoln app but would not go into the gear. I was told by the dealer to tow the car back to them Once at the dealership a Lincoln service foreman and director of service briefly checked my brand new car and couldn't figure out what is wrong with it. I was provided a 2019 loaner from Enterprise (pretty beat up) Initially I was mad than I started to laugh as that's not what do you expect from buying a $105,000 car that lasts less than 300 miles. As of today I am still driving the rental and Im in mercy of local Lincoln dealer when and if they will run deeper diagnostics on my Brand New Car, I am very disappointed that I waited 4 months for vehicle that I love and it lasted 2 days.

Great SUV
I have had MB, GM Tahoe and Escalade and Ford Expedition and Explorer and 3 Navigators and the new Navigators beats all hands down. Seats, engine and room plus a systems and at good price for quality. All is good but the recall caused major problem as they didn't get fixed right and left off seal and 120 miles out of town and had to get towed back to dealer. Other than that great.

One Year of Ownership is Enough
I bought my Navigator in September of 2021. I was trading in a GMC Acadia and looking at GMC Yukons, Cadillac Escalade, and the Navigator. I wish I hade made a different choice. Good; - Beautiful. The lights are awesome, makes the car look like a piece of art at night. - Comfortable with plenty of room for my family and dog. - Lots of modern technology. - Rides nice most of the time. Bad: - For the price, I expected a higher level vehicle on par with a BWM or Mercedes. - The technology, while plentiful, is faulty. Weird things happen all of the time like one day my radio stations were no longer saved. Another time the main control screen just didn't turn on. I had to call the company and run through an hour long reset process because the car wasn't recognizing my phone or key properly. - The radio reception stinks. I live near a major city and rarely get an HD signal. The tech told me it's the radio stations fault. Really? All of them? - The backup camera is constantly covered in water or dirt and I can't see what's behind me. Poor design. - You can't operate some of the basic functions for the heat or air conditioning without going into the touch screen. - The second row center console cup holder is on the floor level with a weak latch so every time anyone gets in, they accidentally kick it open so it's always open. - On the highway with wind, the boxy design makes the car catch all of it and it's hard to drive. - I knew this when I bought it but the gas mileage is horrible. - The service department at the dealership feels like a Ford dealer. They had excuses for lots of things I complained about and fixed nothing. This is a luxury vehicle. They sold me on picking up my car for service yet it's frequently a month wait to have it picked up so what's the point? I've had this car for a year, it's time to get rid of it. It's not worth the price.

Great vehicle when it's working!
I'll keep this short and sweet. I purchased a brand new 2022 Navigator Reserve L, fully loaded, in March of 2022. In the first 9 months of ownership, the vehicle was not drive-able because it was broken, for over 30 days, qualifying us for lemon law. After the last service at 9 months, the vehicle seemed to be okay until just a month ago and it died on us again. We are now pursuing lemon law relief to force Lincoln to buy back the vehicle at the full purchase price and intend to buy an Escalade to replace our Navigator. We tried leveraging Lincoln's "In Good Faith" program but they denied our claim which absolutely blows my mind as we EASILY qualify for lemon law status in TEXAS of all places. This was the first, and will most likely, be the last Lincoln I ever purchase. If only BMW or Mercedes made an equivalent sized SUV I'd be all over it like white on rice. It's a real shame, too, because when the vehicle is working, it's a dream to drive and ride in.
