Can't beat the Value ... it's a Lexus
Just bought a 2006 Black on Black GS300 at 80K miles. Put in ~1000 miles driving around North Texas and a round trip from Fort Worth to Houston. For a 9 year old car, it's a beauty in and out. For 1K driving impressions, it's a great car! I will come back to update this review when the car passes the 100K mark. Had great luck with a 1999 GS300, still driving great at 260K without any issues. Normal maintenance [oil changes, tires, brakes] were all that are needed so I looked at the next generation and if it is as reliable like its older brother has been, the 06 GS300 would be a great value. It is better looking, drives better with more technology, hope it will last as long w/out issues
Great Car
I have owned many cars in my life but the GS300 is by far one of my best choices. It is elegant, luxury, sporty, fun to drive and a head turner yet not too flashy. I have the upgraded 5 star 18 in. chrome wheels on it and it looks beautiful. I have already put around 100k on it and the car runs great, no problems what so ever. The only thing I do is an oil change and periodic tune up with original Lexus spark plugs (don't use generic or aftermarket).

Great Purchase.
I've had this car for over 5 years and 80,000 miles and have yet to experience 1 real problem.
Luxury sport
I bought this car for my wife, but I drive it often. It was pricey at $50K, but it has just about every option lexus offers. It's very sporty, but don't think you'll outrun a mustang or even a tiburon. This is luxury first and foremost. Quality you'd expect from Lexus and it's a great looking car. You'll get stares at every parking lot. Expect to seat 4 comfortably and in style.
Lexus a change of pace
Its a great car if you can get a deal on it i got mine for 14k with 58k miles. Im now up to 72k miles. So far reliability is solid no major issues knock on wood. Interior is nice trunk space is average due to awd. Coming from a subaru sti awd is mediocre at best in snowy and icy conditions in seattle. Overal i think the car was a good bargin i keep it nice most people think its new.
