Have 400 miles on new 2021 sorento and it’s been at dealership for two weeks and they say no part for fixing the airbag light in USA need to get it from Korea. It’s a new car. Watch out for Kia service!!

I bought my Sorrento in Jan. I am very pleased. I traded a Nissan Murano which was a great car. I wanted something different. So far I love my Sorrento. I love all the Technology. Love the was it drives and it is very roomy inside compared to my Murano. The two things I wish the car had is a head up display and homelink. So far a great experience.

Great handling, abit noisy with cross contact lx continental tires. Hesitates abit in eco mode, not in sport. Sometimes auto shutoff is the reason for sluggish takeoff. Disappointment it that tires are worn out a 47000 km. Seat not the most comfortable for long trips. Very expensive general maintenance items. $2700 can. for a windshield. $2500 per headlamp. Brakes approx $1600. All required in the first 100,000 km.

There is some mess and wish it had , No Wireless Android Auto , Only One Port for Android Auto port or use as USB Stick "Music" wish it had 2 or more ports then 8 power charging ports, the Cigarette Charging port : can only be use when accessories power ON, and the Main Big problem for most ppl and myself , i hate the fact we need to Press the Auto Engine STOP & GO button , near the shifter ,every single time we drive, I hate this Feature , they said it is a safety and environment stuff, Other then that i love the design of the exterior and the interior with this 10.25 " Screen
