Took 3 visits for my transmission leak to get corrected, they replaced it. 7500 miles was leaking since day one. Was leaking through the case casting. I love my Jeep, but I hate the poor quality and how cheaply it’s made.

I feel bad for all the people that had bad experiences with Jeep. I'll never buy an other Chevy because of a bad one I had. I have been a faithful Jeep owner since my 1979 Cherokee, have always had one in the drive way. The 2018 JL 2 door sport 3.6 is the most impressing of all the Jeeps I've had. It tows my dirt bikes and street bikes easily and back up is a synch. Dragging logs out of the woods with ease. Solid and stable in every aspect I've put it through. Uconnect pairs every time and the sound it decent for a stock system. Getting about 22 mpg on my commute daily. There is a bit of wind noise but it's a jeep and that's ok by me. I have not had the "wobble" issue in the steering as others have so I can't comment on that. The interior is by far the best Jeep has come out with for a Wrangler. Controls are at proper locations for me. You sit up and can see over traffic in an alert position. Three part top is great, much better than the one part top that took 3-4 people to remove. We bought one that had electronic nothing the most base package you can. Power windows, locks in a Wrangler, Why? If you test drive it, the Wrangler will sell it's self. Good acceleration and good power for a 6 cyl. A gazillion accessories are available if one is so inclined. Had it for 2 years now and still love it. It's my go to vehicle for every day.

I love my jeep but if you go to look at one look at the location the light on and off switch is , it is in a location that you will hit it with you knee getting in , just replaced one 110$ before the first oil change , I am 5 foot ten ,I have no idea what a taller person would do , why in the world jeep relocated the switch on the JL to that location I will never know ,I guess to sell replacement parts , the part was 61$ ,at least it broke with the lights on so I could drive it ,other than that it is a great jeep ! after 2 years, Still love the Jeep , one of the simplest things you can get , the heat control and all the on off switches are easy to use , it has a back up camera and will work well with the phone ,nothing was hard to figure out , it is fast and is good on gas , my only regret is I did not get one earlier! Still love my Jeep !!!!

Dealership service department experience not what I am used to. I am thinking of getting something else.
