Used 2013 Jeep Patriot SUV Consumer Reviews
Well worth the price
Excellent auto for the price with many bells & whistles (fog lights, rear window heater, etc.) standard. Good for a young person but not great for a fat old man.

We bought 2, same model and year
I bought my 2013 Jeep Patriot 6-7 years ago, and when searching for a car for my daughter, for long trips back and forth to college, I found another 2013 Jeep Patriot. I will say I had an issue with my Patriot that put me back $1,200 but since that time, it's been fine. So I have no issue recommending it. Both have heated seats (best feature) and remote start - 2 features I'd never had and would hate to not have again. Mine also has the sunroof, which is nice. The Patriot is my 2nd Jeep (first was a 2002 Liberty) and I don't plan on buying anything but Jeeps going forward. My daughter loves hers as well and as she puts it, she feels SAFE driving it.

Fantastic First Car!!
This was my first car, I've had it for almost 10yrs and it has held up to everything I have put it through! I love has it handled Alaskan winter, never had an issue with starting and has only ever been stuck 3 times no matter how deep the snow is. I would definitely recommend this car as a first car!

Lifelong Jeep owner
I bought this cherry red Patriot last minute as my 14 year old Grand Cherokee finally bit the dust and I was headed out of town. It was my 4th Jeep and I wasn’t sure if I would like how much smaller it was than my usual ride. It had 30,000 miles on it and I have put on another 50,000 just in the last 3 years. I love it! It is dependable driving in all types of weather and snow,..and is really cute! It is easy to park and I have been spoiled by the remote start and heated seats in winter! I bought new tires and I got the comfort touring style which was so much quieter than the old ones. Other than the usual oil changes, I haven’t had any mechanical issues at all! I expect to keep this Jeep many more years!

Review
This is the worse vehicle you could have. First the build quality the door trim was never right from day one. 72K miles, Tranny went out, rear Wheel bearing went out, never been off road in it so no mud to cause that. The gas mpg 12-21, and the road noise is terrible. The transmission has a 6 gear its for down hill because it want pull a hill in it and the cruise control will vary 5 below to it decides to pick up speed.
