Woo Hoo!!!
Well have always thought of buying a Jeep and now I finally have. Was not really sure about it, but Frank Carbone was quite helpful in helping me come to my decision. The Jeep drives like a dream. With my children grown, I am looking forward to a vehicle for my husband and me. My Jeep is fully loaded and am sure I'll be riding around in comfort and style as soon as I get accustomed to all it has to offer. Here's hoping to to long time of fun and comfort.

the car that enjoys the shop
since I bought this car it seems to enjoy the shop, had electical problem which turned out to be the computer grounding out, second they did an update an when putting car in drive it would slip back into park, to after 20000 miles I needed to replace water pump, valve cover gaskets, thermostat gasket, timing belt cover gasket. besides that great car . love the comfort of driving it, an turns on a dime

Good Car
The ride is very rough/sporty. The gas mileage is less than advertised even on eco. Then again, I bought it because it is a nice mid size SUV. Given the options this was the best choice in my price range.

Great Vehicle!
Have been using Jeep grand cherokee always been my choice, had red GC laredo before now swith to White Summit
On my second and will buy a third.
Excellent SUV. I was a committed Ford guy (Mustangs, mostly) for most of my life. I bought my first GC in 2011, another in 2015. Many, many highway miles. It is comfortable, reasonably quiet, large enough for golf clubs, three dogs, luggage and more. I'm looking forward to the third one (if I can find a dealership in my area that isn't using business practices stuck in the '70's).

Great car!
Other than a couple of recalls, and to activate the circuit for the after-market trailer hitch we installed, have never had to contact or visit the dealer. Rides beautifully, sound system is great, love the leather interior.

Jeeps4Life
This is our 2nd jeep. Our first one both of our now adult children learned to drive in it. We probably had around 150K when we let our son trade it on his first new car. Our current and 2nd jeep has 90K on it and still running strong. After 8 years, we just put first set of rear brakes put on! Incredible! Feont brakes still at 30%. What I love about Bettenhausen they take their time to explain things. I never feel like their overcharging me for services. They legit only recommend things out of necessity and not just to make money. We've experienced the latter first hand at several other dealerships!

The Perfect Cherokee
I took a chance on a pristine white 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited . The dealer gave me the key, I looked inside. It was almost identical to my mom's 300 C Mercedes, leather , wood trim, sun roof, heated seats and steering wheel etc. Two tow hooks on the front, trailer hitch on the back and - the sunroof sealed it! I moved to front. When I opened the hood a pristine and clean 5.7 L HEMI VVL : 397 hp, was staring at me; the best engine Chrysler makes with engine 122,000 miles on it. There were no leaks anywhere. The engine started right up, idled perfectly and drove like a Porsche. One owner had maintained the vehicle religiously. This 2015 is, the best selling year Cherokee has had. I've put several thousand miles on the Jeep. Everything works. Everything . Typically a nine year old vehicle has many small parts and pieces that are worn out, broken and chipped. This make, model and year, hit it out of the ball park. This is definitively the best vehicle I have owned. Like my dad always used to say, " If you take care of your car, it will take care of you."

love it or leave it
Bought the summit used. Car had only 1/4" scratch on it and ran great. Got a Jeep because of driving in steep hilly terrain in winter. Love the car itself. However, it is very difficult to get a good Jeep dealer mechanic. For example, bought the car at 123,000 mi. (risky decision).and it is now 161000 mi in two years. Started the general maintenance because from the car fax, the previous owner had changed the oil and that's about it. Had the spark plugs changed and they put in the wrong plugs! It took $1,000 in total to rectify their mistake (including their $300 bill for the basic Champion, not Mopar irradium plugs they put in). If you own a Jeep in southern Ohio you need to find a good independent mechanic to work on this car if out of warranty. One plus is that remnants from Mercedes ownership are on this vehicle, including the transmission. I hold out great hope for this!! Beautiful car inside, very luxurious and fun to drive. Ironically, I had more confidence in my old Honda Pilot on snow and ice than I do a Jeep with rear wheel drive. But, I've fallen in love with it after two years ownership and many $$ spent, mostly in general maintenance (changing all fluids, brakes, plugs, etc.) and will repair, repair, till exhausted. Hydraulics and all major parts still good. Too bad about the local dealerships.

True Grit! Legendary and true to it's roots!
Excellent in inclement weather. Surprisingly fast, very pleased with the engine and automatic shifting 8-speed (has shifting paddles, fun to use). Room for three adults in the back row, but can be tight-squeeze. Ample cargo space when back row seats are folded, however, when the back row is up there's just enough room for 2-3 medium-size luggage/carryon.
