Great SUV that I feel is the best looking of the competitors. Traded a 2021 Hyundai palisade limited for this and we do not regret the decision

I bought my Grand Cherokee L limited in december 2021 and every month have to go to the dealer for New problems. I don't have speakers since june 23rd and now all the bottons on top of the screen ain't working. I can't activate the hazard lights or turn off the line detector so the car always bring me back if the flasher is not on.

I bought a 2021 Jeep grand cherokee l summit reserve because I felt that I needed more room when traveling and when I run errands. Unfortunately I got one in the wrong color, one with no carpets, one with the start stop not working. Leather had cracking in a hard to spot area where the color changing light are. For the past three and a half months my car has been in the shop and I am overseas with the military and I have received no real help from jeep or apology since I bought it new from military auto source. There authorized dealer had no idea on how to fix the problem. I never spoke with jeep or sallantis. They pushed the cars out to out due ford and competition, only to let there customers down.

I purchased this vehicle in October 2021. Within a week of having the vehicle issues started popping up. Transmission clunk shifted from 1st to 2nd and the entire radio system was not working properly. Memory settings would not hold, etc... Contacted the dealer, brought it in 2 days later get it back.... NOTHING was fixed. Was told they are waiting on " direction from Corporate as this appears to be a widespread issue. a couple weeks later, nothing was fixed and more issues popped up, and the hits have just kept coming. Back window would not close all the way, if it hit the top it automatically came back down. Start the vehicle and the entire radio and dash are black.... nothing... only thing that would show up is when I used the blinkers.... the indicaters would show up..... This vehicle has been back to the dealership several times. We have been in contact with corporate ourselves and they have been less than helpful. They declined a lemon law buyback and told us that we can take it to a different dealership for them to look at and we would have to pay for a RENTAL vehicle at $106 PER DAY.... so needless to say I am NOT a fan JEEP right now.
