Used 2018 Hyundai Tucson SUV Consumer Reviews
Black Beauty
I can not say anything bad about this vehicle , I usually only keep a vehicle for 2 years and I still have this one so that should tell you something I am in love with this black beauty.

Failed AC at 62k miles
I have a Hyundai 2018 Tucson Turbo, at 62K miles my AC went out. I'm in KY, not a desert area--AC used 4 months a year. It's going to cost me $900 plus 1-2 days of a car rental (because dealerships are so backed up and don't offer loaner cars since COVID) to get it repaired. Hyundai CSR says she will note my 'concern', but no one will reach back out to me. Note I have a 2005 Tucson with 162K miles and have had no issues with air than regular filter changes, and a charge and freon. On a side note I also hate that there is only 1 USB port in this SUV...none in the middle console, none in the back seats!

I love my Tucson
This vehicle is roomy but not too big. It feels safe on the highway when driving with large trucks. It has plenty of space inside for 5 adults to be comfortable. I have driven many long trips and it is comfortable for the driver too. I just love it. I went with a budget model but I am not missing out. The only thing I wish I had was seat warmers but everything else is perfect. This is a vehicle I will keep for a long time.
