LOTS of cargo space. Surprising acceleration for non turbo. Car is a head turner in white.

had a 2007 Tucson.it was better. heated mirrors extra. no split rear window. found cabin small.too many items on dash.confusing or not needed. heat is poor upon starting. takes almost 10 minutes for heat to start. looks like every other 2018 suv on road.tinny. good gas mileage.cargo space good.rear deck carpeted.everything slides around.keyless entry on all but the drivers door. cost of a replacement key is about $250.wow. after very cold weather, heat is lousy. wouldn't even melt all the ice off the windshield after 20 minutes. they need better engineers

I had bought my 2018 Hyundai Tucson in 2020. When I bought it, it had about 40k miles on it. It was still rather new so all I could find were good reviews due to all of these model years having low miles still. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when I was driving down the highway, check engine light comes on, and the vehicle won’t go over 40mph. The car eventually died on the side of the highway. I get my oil changed religiously every 3k miles. I still had about 1k left till my next change and the dipstick said the engine had NO OIL!! Well turns out the engine blew. Oh, my Hyundai only has 95k miles on it by the way!!! These engines are absolute garbage. Do research on the class action lawsuit that has forced Hyundai to fix MILLIONS of these engine when they blow due to excessive oil consumption and connective rod bearing failure. My engine is being fixed under recall, but anyone who didn’t get a specific knock sensor recall before the engine blows, is being left out to dry. I would strongly consider against buying a Hyundai or Kia since they are the same company.
