i have had the tucson for 7 months with 6000 miles on it. no problems and a joy to drive. gas mileage in summer 34 mpg hwy, 26 city and 30 mixed. but i"m light on the gas and seldom go over 70mph. only really step on it on freeway entrances. man does this suv go!! drove in sport mode for just 1 week and cranked it as an experiment and only got 24 mpg overall. great quiet ride on freeway. bit rough on bad roads. only annoyance to date is fit and finish. rattle in panoramic sunroof and dash area but only in hot weather on rough roads. Many of those in wisc. To nitpic though, interior is a bit drab with all the black plastic and very little bright trim, especially on doors and console area. Ebay took care of that though. i highly recommend this car. I get lots of complements on the aqua blue paint and cool 19" rims.

I bought the limited/ultimate model and have enjoyed this vehicle immensely.If you want dependability and a touch of style there is no better pick!

This is my first time i buy hyundai and i wanna say i am surprised of the quality the smooth riding the options the technology even their warranty terms are absloutely amazing , the car has no issues so far

The windshield is very fragile and cheap. Scratches easily and cracks quickly if you get a small chip in the window. The interior seats stain easily and difficult to clean. The interior plastic and alloy also scratch easily. The tires are garbage. If you have kids and a tall spouse, it is nearly impossible to comfortably sit in the driver or passenger seat with the kids carseats in the back. The trunk is very small, and can barely fit a stroller. Overall, it is poor quality and design. Would not reccomend for a family.
