Disappointed
I thought that buying a Hyundai Tucson would provide me with a better driving experience that it has. I bought a 2018 model back in May of 2018. First of all the reverse camera is extremely low quality. It is blurry at best during daytime and at nighttime practically unusable. The Android Auto keeps disconnecting from my phone. The climate control has a mind of it's own and not very consistent. It much harder on gas than I expected. I have the 1.6 Turbo model. It has a decent ride. The panoramic sunroof is nice. The chances of buying another Hyundai are next to nil.

Horrible vehicle
This is an automatic transmission with a manual built into it and it’s an absolute nightmare to drive. I can’t count the number of times this thing has bogged down and almost got me into an accident. There is also a driver learning system and that is also horrible. Terrible and extremely unsafe vehicle. Shame on Hyundai for releasing such a dangerous vehicle to the public! Is it going to take deaths for you to recall?!?!

Happy Tucson owner
I love my Tucson. It has a lot of features for the money and is fun and comfortable to drive. My dealer, Herrnstein Hyundai in Chillicothe Oh was amazing, especially Brooke Paul.

Tucson is a serious contender
After test driving many SUV's I think this is a serious contender. It looks great both inside and out. The engine was quiet and the acceleration seemed fine. I tested a Sonata the same day and honestly felt like the Tucson moved better than the Sonata, despite being slower on paper. Safety features were nice, it's a feature rich SUC. The rear cargo area was nice and spacious. Now on to the negatives-rear seat space was more cramped than the other SUV's I've tested. My biggest complaint is I never could get the steering wheel angle to feel right; it felt like I was above the steering wheel and coming in at an angle. I think it's personal preference but I found myself not like the steering on any of the Hyundai's I tried. I didn't get the Tucson but it should be on any compact SUV shoppers radar, take it for a spin and see what you think.
