Used 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sedan Consumer Reviews
Horrible in the snow
This car is HORRIBLE in the snow, rain & any gravel remaining in the street. It is VERY costly to have service done at a dealer. Even just a tire rotation. I won’t be buying a Hyundai as a next vehicle.

Pay for what you get
This vehicle was my 1st brand new vehicle. I've had it about 5 months and I'm okay with it, but wish it was a Honda. The Dimension speakers can't handle any bass and the speakers rattle which is terrible. Also, the 5 inch screen isn't capable of that new Andriod auto feature. The 5 inch screen is also very dated and not modern at all. If I could repurchase, I'd select an upgraded model since I'm very tech savvy. Otherwise, the car gets great gas mileage, has a very sporty exterior and is backed with a grear warranty

2015 Hyundai Sonata SE
I will never buy another Hyundai Sonata. I bought my 2015 in September 2018 with 29,000 miles. In December 2018 with 37000 miles my pistol blew a whole in the bottom of my engine. Hyundai replaced everything because I was still under warranty. February 2020 my car started making a pinging noise so I took it into Hyundai, they tried saying it’s because I use unleaded instead of premium gas and wanted me to pay $150 to flush my fuel intake system. I tried using premium for 4 months and it made no difference. It’s made a pinging noise ever since. Then my car broke down on the side of the highway with the check engine light on in May 2021 and went into limp mode. Took it to my boyfriend who is a mechanic and my car was almost completely out of oil. Apparently these vehicles are known for burning oil like crazy without you knowing until they break down. I have to put atleast a quart of oil in every week if I don’t want to run out of engine oil. If my boyfriend weren’t a mechanic and could fix all of my issues with this car I would be so far under it with all the things I’ve had to fix.
Bad car
I bought this car and I had it for 2 years when it started having engine problems. I took it to the mechanic and he told me my whole motor had to be fixed. I had no warranty on my car . The paint also started chipping off from several parts of my car including the roof and my hood. This has been the worst car i ever gotten myself into! Never buying a Hyundai ever again
Cheap Asian beer can, you will regret
The car has no torque, the engine is programmed to always keeps low rpm, not fun to drive, wrong transmission,on the fwy at 75 mph the rpm is 2050, you get foot pain from the gas pedal if you drive more then 30 min, when you accelerate it hesitate, then it go down 2 speed and it rev. THE REAL LIFE MIX MPG IS 20. shady company!
