Best buy.
Test drove 2012 model sedans of the following: Acura TL, BMW 5, LExus 350, Hyundai Genesis, Infinity G37, Audi A4.... purchase the Genesis. here's why: Quiet... felt better than ES 350 and unlike the Infinity since I dont want to sit on top of a chariot, riding the highways and hear the engine. Comfort... seats, lumbar support adjustments, heated, head room, leg room I am 6'4... you get the picture Open... most spacious and largest of all the other models, very comfortable on long drives. Performance... Quick, love the comute to work. I feel the speed, acceleration and dont hear the noise. Gadgets... everything that I need. located in the right places Looks... front, back, inside
Luxury Standard has arrived
Purchased a 2012 Genesis 4.6 traded my Lexus IS 350... wow what a ride... what fun. The car is awesome performs greatly and returns 26 mpg in my commute... and its not broken in yet. Mercedes and BMW should run for Alps. They can not deliver such a reliable package, in this luxury segment. The integration of the electronics navigation sound system the adaptive cruise control is well done.
Great vehicle
Runs like a charm, nicely appointed interior. Not disappointed at all.

cozy cockpit
Compare options/comfort with other cars for the value/price. I've driven Japanese cars for 30 years but Korean cars have surpassed Japan , in my opinion. The drivers seat just fits "right around you" which makes me feel more secure. My Uncle used to say that about the P-51 he flew in WW-2; only he said "cockpit!" It's a 2012 Genesis! Still running like new after 71,000 miles. 74,000 total miles. Getting about 32 mph if you keep the engine at/or 2000 rpm on the highway. Still feels like a new car; nice and tight feeling. Update: Just over 80.000 and feeling great. Still performing like new! Milage holding between 24 and 28 mpg. Still tight in the corners! I bought a Tucson for my wife! 899000 in 2024. Still a very tight ride, even with all the pot holes. Milage still the same. Experiencing some door lock issues. Sometimes you have to push the unlock button several times for it to unlock/lock! Outside of that, still a very reliable auto!

One sweet ride.
The V6 base model is very scaled down when compared to the V8 model which comes with all the toys and then some. Although in my opinion I can't see anyone being disappointed in any model purchased. It's just a sweet ride and I have had both the V8 and V6 models.
