Used 2021 Hyundai Elantra Sedan Consumer Reviews
Forward sensor
Forward sensor stop working and mechanic forgot to tighten up power cable to the battery. I guess am blaming dealer and Hyundai. And my battery dead only 2 years.

Average value but poor service and maintenance
It's a good value car for our kid to start with. Good gas mileage but lack of power. Cheap materials on the area near front and rear bumpers. The navigation on the Limited model isn't good. There were several times we couldn't find places we want to go so we ended up using Google Map or Apple Carplay, which is inconvenient because we have to connect it via USB. No wireless connection. Apple Carplay is not responsive well, either. We had poor experience with local Hyundai services in Austin, TX as their technicians are backed up six months or more for diagnosis work. Our 2021's Elantra has a front collision warning after the first maintenance last year. It came back on again in Jan 2023 but I couldn't get the appointment until six months later. After dropping the car off at Hyundai Services, I had to wait another three weeks. Had I not call them to complain or pose poor reviews on Google, their technician would not be doing the diagnosis. Will not buy Hyundai again.

A Great Car!
I love this car. It as close to perfect as it can be and it looks snazzy too.
Amazing
Body panels can't take any abuse what's so ever. Better gas mileage than any car I've ever owned. The lane assist hates freeway patches, wants to follow the black patch lines, all cars with this teck has the same problem. Some much cabin space for 4 adults. Miss the center console in the rear for coffee or water bottles. Seven months of daily driving and not one problem to even bring up. Not one rattle or squeak. Several peoples reviews have problems with there dealers service file complains with Hyundai and the problems will be fixed rather quickly.Hyundai takes customer service very serious and won't allow dealers to treat customers badly. By the Elantra and enjoy.
