Love, but...
Haven't had this vehicle long enough to rate the repair frequency or resale value. Previous car was a wider and longer, but lower on the road sedan. Glad to be in an SUV to be able to see farther among other big vehicles on the road. Road handling is stable. Tight turns, but must slow significantly to safely turn as with all vehicles higher off the ground. Nice to have rear camera for easier reverse & parking. Nice to have bluetooth to play music from portable devices. Nice to be able to place calls & receive calls through the car sound system, but the person hearing my call usually can't hear me well. Bluetooth features ability to read text messages, but when more than one messages are received in quick succession, you have to push the 'yes" button several times and the messages still will not be read out loud. A large screen recessed into an alcove to the middle of the dashboard displays the clock whose format can be changed. You can change also set this screen to display the MPG which has changed the way I drive. Would be better if MPG can show city driving versus highway driving. When the mpg is displayed, the clock is placed too low on the screen that only driver and front passenger can see the clock. Passengers in the rear seat cannot easily see the clock unless they are tall. The shape of driver's side button window controls are too similar to the door lock button that even after more than a year of owning this car, I still have to look down to see which button I'm pushing or else I often end up pushing the wrong button. Would be nicer if rear seats can recline for rear passengers. Increasingly noticeable are wide gaps between the rear seats and the belt buckles where items as large as my hand have easily fallen. Despite placing the front passenger seat side by side with the driver's seat, the front passenger leg room feels cramped while the driver's leg room is comfortable. Also, at this position, if the driver wants to reach for something in the glove compartment, the door of the compartment hits the passenger's knee and cannot open wide enough. If the front passenger seat is pushed back enough to obtain similar leg room comfort as the driver's, the rear passenger has hardly any leg room.

Solid SUV with a few minor issues
1. LX model does not come with the option to add a Honda remote start. To get model that comes with the option, have to bump up model to EX and EX-L. I found there is not much added value to bump up to EX, had to go with a 3rd party remote starter that was installed at the dealer. 2. Speaker and bluetooth quality is not great

very pleased
Great family vehicle. Perfect car to buy if your looking for fuel economy, family suv ( I have a 5 month old baby), cargo space, comfort and fun to drive experience. No complaints here. Edmunds helped me so much with the shopping experience. If you're looking for a cross over suv the CR-V is the best out there. I never owned one before, but I shopped around and this one won me over.

2016 Honda CR-V Touring
Love this vehicle. Very quiet ride, good interior space and "peppy" engine. I am 5' 2" short and the seats adjust well, except for the head rest which has no adjustment. The on screen computer/navigation system doesn't seem to be very intuitive. Sound system is pretty good. I do like the keyless entry and automatic trunk open and close. Insurance Institute for highway safety rated this vehicle as "Good" (highest rating) along with a great resale value. I traded in my 2004 Chevy Trailblazer for this vehicle and other than the size and weight difference I am very pleased with this vehicle. 9/12/2017 update Still LOVE my CR-V the only trouble I have had is a 7.5 fuse blown that took out the back lights, dash lights and hi-beams. Replaced fuse and its good to go! 3/13/2018 Still LOVING this Honda! Drives like a breeze and is trouble free!

LOVE my Grainger Honda!
Vibration issues non-existent with 2016 refresh. Rolled over into new lease on a '16 CR-V SE, after previously leasing a '13 CR-V LX. Love the refresh! The SE added 17" alloy wheels, rear privacy glass, and security system. Also like the center console-mounted a/c ducts for the rear passenger area. Color is mountain air metallic, with beige cloth seats, pillars, and head-liner contrasting a black interior. Went to dealership (Grainger Honda in Savannah, GA) searching for white diamond pearl, but was not readily available. Sales rep showed me the mountain air metallic and as soon as I saw the interior, I was in love! Went for a test drive and CVT shifting was smooth and effortless. Under normal driving, the CVT is barely noticeable. Just press the gas and you're off! The car has very decent acceleration and will get up to freeway speed quickly. While cruising at around 55-60, if you put the pedal to the metal, the engine will rev up to about 5,000 rpm before the rest of the car "catches up" and, if you're not paying attention, you'll be doing over 90 in under 10 seconds! Gas mileage is excellent, very close to what I was getting with the old CR-V. Highway mileage with the CVT is a tad lower, but city mileage has improved greatly!
