Used 2006 Honda CR-V Consumer Reviews
Buy a CRV, 20mpg is a lot better than 13
I can understand the frustration of people that expected 23mpg. The tag on the car says that is a national average. The small print says 19 to 23. I am getting 20 in the city. The XM Ready thing might be considered mis-leading but that logo is the industry standard for telling people they need to buy a receiver. Over all the CRV is working out great. I added the arm rest, day/night mirror, window tint, rubber matts and other features. All should be part of the base but it would make the CRV cost more. I think overall its a good buy and will hold value when other cars lose value. If you add one thing at the dealer, get the mirror and tinting. It makes for better over all driving experience.
Excellence - 06 Honda CRV
The 2006 Honda CRV is a responsive, fun car to drive. Honda reliability was a deciding factor for purchase. Our intention is to drive this car for the next 150,000 miles as we have our other Honda.

Great car for the money
Nice little SUV. i'm getting 23-24 mpg in mixed driving but not any better on the highway. expected a little more if pure highway. ride is nice. dashboard controls seem far away; have to reach to get to them.
2006 Honda CRV #2
This is the second CRV in a row I've owned. They are nice small utility vehicles. Quick, gas efficient, not large, but holds lots of stuff. No problems. Sturdy. Reliable
I look at it in every window I drive by
I had a 2003 Pilot and enjoy the CRV much more. I feel sporty yet safe with the Realtime AWD. It's white with the window & moonroof visors. I don't have anything bad to say about the vehicle, I love it. Drove it from WV to Mt. Rushmore, SD in July, it was comfortable, dependable, the epitome of sweet.
